This is the nicest experience closing on a home Ive ever had. Our Escrow Officer was personable, professional, organized and had everything ready. Presenting our copy of closing in a bound spiral had me at hello! I had questions days later on a very busy Monday. Even with a team member was out sick, her Escrow Assistant returned calls multiple times to follow up and make sure concerns were met. Really great customer service, and just friendly, kind interactions on all levels. Thanks so much.

I had only a small amount of business to take on here, but was helped quickly. Their knowledge of some topics tied to Manufactured Homes was in conflict with some key ownership documentation information from the Texas TDHCA Manufactured House division, but better than other Title Companies I am aware of. Overall, solid.

Wonderful always super helpful weather it’s a 30k trashed building or it’s a million dollar home regardless what your buying or selling expect priority and class such a beautiful Place I would use them over any other company out there. My little brother bought and paid cash for a home through a different title company. The company didn’t blow back and find they had back taxes. They didn’t have the serial numbers ride on their houses it was a complete mess. He still find it been over two years. I have sold two properties through Homeland everything went smooth as possible. Not one mistake every I was dotted every t was crossed. And your paperwork comes in at class. See you folder.

Homeland Title is the absolute best place to close on your home! The facilities are gorgeous. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Everytime we come in we are greeted with a smile! There have been no errors in the paperwork and they make signing easy! They also give title insurance to insure you get what your paying for. If you have a choice you should chose Homeland Title for all your real-estate purchases or sales!

On my last closing Judy went to a clients house to insure they could sign paperwork because of a conflict in schedule to insure the seller avoided FORECLOSURE. Recently bought a new home and our title as well as our insurance were handled by homeland title. They were very understanding when we had some stuff backs due to an 18 wheeler backing up into our 26 uhaul. Completely totalling the uhaul and forcing us to reload into another uhaul setting us back two days.
