    Absolutely wonderful experience with Floyd representing us buying a house a few months ago. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind.     I have known Tanya for quite a few years. I know of her awesome work ethic and her get the job done attitude. She is delightful to work with and her communication with you is off the chart. For lack of better words, any problems, that arose she handled in a very timely and professional matter and I dont think the sale could have went any smoother. Right off the bat Tanya told me she felt we would have a solid offer within 30 days. The circumstances surrounding the sale of my sisters home were incredibly challenging, Ashley took charge from day one. Even before listing the property, she proactively had a plumber on site and ensured the property was secured during an unexpected cold freeze.     Needing a realtor for buying or selling a home? I HIGHLY recommend Mrs Tanya Ruff! Before my husband and I met Tanya in person she was in contact with us over the phone and discussing our needs. We had just moved to Wichita Falls due to my husbands job at SAFB and we had rent an apartment without knowing the area , and it was a BAD place. Tanya knew we both wanted a home QUICKLY and in a safe area.. She got to work quickly and in two weeks we were closing on our first home! She made the process SO easy! She listened to each of our needs and found us a house that fit us at the time. That was in 2009 and were in need of a bugger home due to our family growing. We will absolutely use Tanya again once we find the perfect place, again!
