Jammi and HIP are amazing! When we decided to sell our home we knew we wanted Jammi! Can’t praise her enough. She walked us through the whole process. What to do to get the house on the market, how to stage the rooms, etc. She stayed in contact with us and even had weekly meeting with us to let us know how it was going and any changes she felt were necessary. We were able to sell our home pretty quickly in this crazy market. During this she also helped us find our next home. So if you plan to sell your home, or buy a home, I highly recommend Jammi and HIP reality.

These ladies are amazing! I have known Tammie, Jammi and Monika for years and they are wonderful women. Even outside of the work environment, I have seen them go above and beyond with the different things they are involved in, and know that character translates into their business as well.Aside from that, I have been so impressed with the way that Hip Realty has handled my needs. While I have not had the opportunity to work with them directly in buying or selling a home (yet!), a couple of years ago we thought we might be relocating and Tammie took the time to come over and walk through our home and explain some small things we could do to get our home ready just in case. She also explained the Hip Realty process and how they take care of the home sale end of things, and I was blown away with the thoughtfulness and detail that is part of their process. And that is just a piece of their process. Their marketing is brilliant and fun, and I am impressed by how much continuing education is valued and promoted in their company. I continued to work on it and got the preApproval I needed.I can’t say more positive things about my experience with Jammi and HIP. She answered all of my dumb questions quickly and assured me she’d be there through the whole process, from showing me so many houses, to assuring me everything would be fine from the inspection of my home all the way through the closing.
