My partner and I have been with this company for a few years now and we’ve never had an issue. It was our first time moving into a house and Charles was extremely helpful and sweet when he showed us the house and even had a handyman come fix our doorbell when he realized it wasn’t working! I did wait a few years to actually write a review as to see how our experience could change but I’m glad to say it’s been great overall ! We also Just extended our lease !

We have been renting through Hindsite since 2019 and have had such a great experience. Responses to maintenance requests and email inquiries are always kind and prompt and the tenant portal is so easy to use. If you are looking to rent in the Austin area, I highly recommend reaching out to them. My family is so grateful for the home we live in and the service we receive when we need it!

I couldn’t be more pleased with our real estate agent Karl and his assistant Blakely. Selling our home was a joke with our other real estate agent and we didn’t realize until we found Karl. They did everything! We would look at many houses and some I would walk in the door and turn around and walk right out of and that was ok. When the house we wanted had some issues with the shower, Karl worked with the contractor to make sure they were going to have it fixed how we wanted it even though it was going to be fixed after closing. Not his job. He went above and beyond in every way we could have imagined. My husband is a firefighter and he talks about loving his job, I can definitely see that Karl loves his job.

I totally recommend them. Specially Matthew Ames! Their unique approach helps you to identify the perfect house for you, and within your budget. They also have superior presence and credibility in the market, which usually helps you when you make your offer! I would give 10 stars, but I can only give 5.

Working with Clare Connally, for the second time, to find the Husband a place closer to his jobs. I appreciate her quick responses to our many inquiries. She is very knowledgeable about the Austin and surrounding areas. Easy and pleasant to work with.

Chris Nagelhout and the Hindsite 20/20 team have been so great helping with my first home search. Chris in particular is very patient and enthusiastic. Hes interested in understanding what you want, what you need, and your style. Hes also really knowledgeable about improvements and great with vision for what spaces could be.
