We finally made our decision to sell our communally-owned 5 acre homesite just before the market began to falter and after the crazy round of high sales prices had cooled just a bit. Traci met with the four of us who owned the property jointly and smoothly dealt with the different personalities involved in such an arrangement. We had no idea how many details had to be attended to, such as building a gate, new water heaters, etc., etc. She guided us through this entire process, calling on her years of experience, bringing the house and surroundings into camera ready shape. Then, she advised us on an asking price at posting, suggesting a final price to anticipate, which turned out to be almost spot on. All through the negotiations she offered sound advice. It was not an easy process, with one of the owners dying in the meantime, and another owner turning balky, but she remained a professional throughout. My wife and I are very pleased that we had Traci on our side, and recommend her without reservation.
