I have lived here for four years and absolutely love it! I moved here from Austin and wanted to find a place where the area around it had that “funk” vibe! This place has everything funky and more. Two blocks to Greenville Ave and all it has to offer!The management is quick to answer questions and take care of any maintenance issues promptly and professionally. Anyone looking for a place near downtown and close to the most hip area of Greenville avenue should check this place out!

Celia is a great leasing agent. I found an apartment on Zillow and called about it and found Celia. She has been supportive and understanding the entire process. I was so uncomfortable at first because I never leased an apartment before, especially OUT of STATE. But, she definitely reassured me and had patience with me. The apartment is nice and I love it. I appreciate her a lot.

Maria and Celia are amazing. They really helped me with my new home. After all I have been through They are 2 amazing people. Their honesty and support was amazing. They took care of all my needs in the house. This was a rush move for me and they got it done. I would give more than 5 stars and I highly recommend them. God truly bless you.

Have had a great experience with this Move.. by far the fastest easiest process Ive been apart of of. The leasing agent Celia was a BLESSING.. her availability, flexibility and charm really brings home the phrase Southern Hospitality . I just want to say thank you to Celia. She is amazing. I just moved to Dallas today. I’ve been speaking to her over the phone. She moved me and she is on point by far the best leasing agent I have ever met. I’m just so thankful that she was able to show me around and do my lease within a few hours She is a professional. The units are nice and cozy especially for a single person public transportation is around the corner. The spot is very convenient again Celia is the best and I am so thankful for her. She has made this experience amazing.

Celia was the property manager that worked with me getting into the rental I’m in now and I couldn’t be more thrilled and satisfied with how quick and efficient she was. Nothing ever goes as planned we ran into a few hiccups moving in, all it took was a few texts between celia and myself and she had things fixed very quickly. I would recommend Henley properties to anyone!

Celia absolutely did the unimaginable and got me into the loveliest apartment. I love the area, the move in cost was so unbelievably reasonable and she was just so nice to deal with. Maria arranged a temporary “fix” for the following day until the project can get scheduled. The 2 men who came over to do the temporary “fix” were on time, friendly, and professional!

Since Henley bought the José, the change has changed. Cinthia helps me a lot whenever I have maintenance problems and she sends a message to whoever fixes it and thats for me.
