Melanie Russell, our realtor who helped us find and get our dream house, did an amazing job! I dont even know where to begin with, but she went above and beyond for us. Shes assertive, but not pushy. And even when it seemed at one point of the whole buying-a-house-process that we would have to settle for another house at first (because of financial-related issues), she didnt let, nor wanted us to just settle for that. Melanie talked to the builders of our house on our behalf to see if we could negotiate to meet in the middle, and her magic worked. Not only did she always answer all of our questions (or went straight to work to find out the solution immediately and then got back to us asap), but she also fought for us, and never left us in the dark. She has a great personality, was very reliable and it was such a pleasure to work with her. I would definitely recommend you reach out to her when it comes to anything real estate related, she can also help you out with commercial properties! She ticked off every box (and beyond) off my list that I would look for in qualities of a realtor. She is caring and we felt that along the way throughout. Melanie did a phenomal job and definitely delivered what she had promised, to do her best in finding and getting us into our forever home ❤️ I should also mention, she wont waste time and works really fast, it only took us a month from looking at houses, finding our house, closing on it AND moving in. Mary Katherine (MK) provided me, my husband, and our son with all the guidance needed to arrive at an informed decision in selling a house we purchased together in August 2020. Our experience in selling was extremely limited; MK brought us up-to-speed quickly. We relied heavily on her knowledge of the local market, repair costs, and the criteria for FHA financing. If she did not immediately know the answer to an inquiry, she found it fast. She was always available to address any question. In short, she was a joy to work with! The three of us are delighted that a young family are now enjoying being first-time homeowners.

When we brought our first house in 1979 it was with Mimi Klotz who worked with Helen Painter. In 1981, when we decided to rent the house, we worked with Ginny Holmes (Cathy Taylors Mother). When we inherited our Uncles house we added it to our rental properties under Helen Painter Property Management.Anytime we had any Real Estate transaction we worked with Helen Painter. When we decided to renovate our Uncles house Cathy Taylor managed it, doing a most phenomenal job. When we decided to sell it a few years ago Cathy again updated it in preparation for selling. In 2005 we left Fort Worth and Helen Painter continued to handle the day to day management whether storms, a SUV driving into the side of the house, keeping them rented. In selling both our houses Cathy found the perfect buyers, managed the financing that when she came to us with the offers it seemed like it came to us almost completed except for closing which she even provided a date. To say we were satisfied is a understatement. Each of closings went like clockwork. We highly recommend Helen Painter for both property management and for buying or selling your property. Cant tell you how much we appreciate Cathy Taylor. Having brought and sold properties in multiple states we found Cathy to be the best in so many ways. We highly reccomend Helen Painter what ever your needs are.PS: We would also like to mention Amy Brown for all her help in managing our rentals.

The property had some unique issues arise that Shey handled with organization, promptness, determination, and follow through! Not even the most frustrating of circumstances fluster Shey. She listened to our desires and needs, advised us with her years of experience and was steady and reliable for us from beginning to end of the process. We would 100% recommend!

Shey is an absolute ROCK STAR! You couldnt ask for a kinder, harder working, more lovely person to work with! She spent the majority of this year helping my husbabd and I navigate the Kafkaesque nightmare of the current housing market. Shey is such a genuine and honest person, we trusted her implicitly and knew she truly wanted us to not just have our dream home but also make a wise investment. Shey always gave it to us straight and kept us from putting in offers on homes that didnt align with our needs, would never be worth the insane price the market demanded, or were plagued by red flags only visible to realtors with enough experience to know when to run away fast as you can. After 7 months we finally closed, AT ASKING, and we couldnt have done it without her!
