Heather Sims is an exceptional realtor! She helped us sell my moms house, and the entire process couldnt have gone more smoothly. From the very beginning, Heather worked closely with our family, guiding us through every step. She really took the time to listen to our goals and provided invaluable knowledge to help us make the best decisions.Thanks to her expertise, we had 15-20 showings during the first weekend alone and received several offers above our asking price. Heather went above and beyond, from staging the house to walking with the structural engineer when we couldnt be there. I can’t say enough good things about this group. I have worked with Heather on two houses for myself and a condo for my mom. She is the absolute best- easy to work with, she listens to your needs, she’s friendly, and overall makes the house buying process so easy! Heather Kinder Sims has been our realtor for our last two home purchases. We made a bid on another house and actually got the bid accepted, but unfortunately the seller was dishonest and failed to abide by the contract. When we found another home, it too had some extra challenges. Heather was great helping us through the problems. Although we could tell Heather was very busy, we always received prompt responses. We have 3 children who have used Heather to help them buy homes as well and each of them have been pleased as well!

I met Heather in 2014 when buying a home. Our previous home selling experience was a nightmare to say the least! And we were absolutely afraid of what it would be like this time.Wow, no need to worry at all! Heather was attentive and helpful from the first time I talked to her on the phone. No question was ever dumb, and never did I feel like she wasnt there to do everything she could to get us into the perfect home.7 years passed and we remained very close friends. And when she started her very OWN brokerage, I was inspired to follow my heart and become a real estate agent. She has been the best mentor and broker!
