Heather is absolutely amazing—best in the business! As a local to the area for many years, she was able to clearly direct our search and advise on the characteristics of the different villages in the are (very difficult to do from an outside perspective). She was always super responsive as well. She helped us find an incredible house and even had some amazing suggestions for the remodeling we did. She’s so patient, knowledgeable and clearly experienced. We recommend her to ALL of our friends.

Heather is by far the most knowledgeable and understanding realtor I have ever met. We first met Heather when we moved to Texas, we leased one of her clients properties and she made the process so simple and stress free. Which was exactly what we needed whilst moving during a pandemic. When it came time to buy our first home in the USA we knew exactly who we wanted on our side representing us. So we reached out to Heather and she work tirelessly with us finding the perfect new construction home for us. Not only did she get us the best deal on our new build but she also negotiated a number of extra add on’s that we wouldn’t have even thought to ask for.
