We worked with Hannah for 7 months before finally being able to purchase a home - during that time, there were many road blocks! She stayed with us every step of the way, helped us find an agent in another town to sell some land, and stayed in close contact with us during that time. When we were ready, she got us an exclusive, before-market showing on the house of our dreams! She drew up our offer, and we went under contract that same day. It went completely smoothly and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell in Brady!

My parents have been in real estate for a long time. Their knowledge abounds when it comes to rentals and buying/selling. Despite this, when I began my home search after moving back to my hometown, McKenna was the first person I thought of. She has a huge social media presence, and I felt like she really had her hand on the heart of the real estate market here.When I reached out, she responded immediately asking detailed questions about things I was looking for in a home. I was renting at the time, and not in a big hurry to move until I found the right one. I had my eye on one home in particular, and she was able to get me in with the owners approval before it hit the market just for fun. That house didnt end up working out for what I was looking for, but she took all my feedback into consideration before sending me any new homes.McKenna called as soon as she heard of a house that would be coming on the market and fit my wishlist. There were several months in between showings, and a lot had happened in my life - I had become engaged, and now my fiance was part of the process as well. Despite this, I felt like she was able to cater the home inventory and filter through it to find a perfect fit for both of us. She was extremely attentive in checking in with both of us - our likes/dislikes and pros and cons, answering questions about the neighborhood, and what to expect of many older homes we might see in the same area.She was extremely objective even with representing us as potential buyers and the seller of the home. I found her to be exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and on top of things. She was flexible with our schedules, but firm enough to make sure we didnt miss out on a great opportunity. She walked us through the whole process and made it really easy on us for knowing what to expect when closing.Above all else, I felt McKenna was sincerely genuine in wanting to find us a place we could call home in this community. She is so invested in her work, but not in the typical commision way - she sincerely wants to hep the people of Brady find a place to call home which in turn helps the community flourish. I couldnt reccommend a better realtor.

She was always responsive to our questions and answered all of them in a timely manner. She sold our home on the first showing, and for more than we originally hoped for. This was one of the easiest home sales weve had. If you are looking to buy or sale, Mckenna should be your first call. Still cant thank her enough.

We had several contracts fall apart due to many circumstances (non realtor related) and McKenna was so knowledgeable in all things, walked us through each step, and truly cared for our family during that tough time.She went above and beyond with showings and having our home beautifully photographed. Not only did she give us great advice & tips on how to show the home, but she was consistently available even though we knew she was very busy with other clients. She always made us feel as though were were TOP priority, and I know she made others feel the same way.
