I highly recommend Chris and Jessica Craig of Heart Meets Home. I’ve bought and sold multiple homes through the Craigs – both for personal and business use. I first met Chris and trusted I was in good hands when he would always arrive at showings in advance to inspect the properties and alert me to anything noteworthy. He has a good eye for potential issues and their solutions. I’ve worked with Jessica more on the selling side. She is very well connected and was key in finding the right people for repairs, inspections, title work, etc. She also exceeded expectations in making my homes look great through her staging and professional photos. In addition to buying and selling homes through the Craigs, I also utilize them for property management. I took on some rental homes that had issues and the Craigs were able to inspect the homes, address the issues, and handle all third parties without my having to be on site. I’ve utilized other realtors in the past, before meeting the Craigs, and can say with confidence that the Craigs set a higher bar for excellence than others in the field. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.---------------2024 Update:I sold another home through Jessica and Chris of Heart Meets Home Realty! I knew I was in good hands throughout the selling process based on our previous work together and continue to be impressed with their service. I especially appreciate how hands-on they are. If its something around the house that they could help with, they swung by and took care of it! On the marketing side, Jessica went above and beyond with extras like staging, before/after brochures, etc. that made my home more marketable.
