If you are looking for an agent that has your best interests at heart you should contact Carolyn Hatley. I contacted Carolyn when relocating from California to Texas. I have worked with her to both sell and purchase my homes.She listened to what I wanted and met my needs. Going with Carolynmade the process easy. She is very knowledgeable about real estate from start to finish. She have access to local market information, including current sales data, pricing trends, and neighborhood information. This allowed us to find the best listings and make informed decisions.    Carolyn was able to get me the best price for my home (over asking price).Due to her skills and expertise she handled all administrative tasks, scheduled viewings, organized paperwork, and walk me through the contract process step by step.   When I sold my home I had to be out in two weeks. I had no where to go; being a single woman I panicked. Carolyn said we got this; she helped me pack up my home, assisted with finding movers, and helped me locate a place to stay for six months. She then work day in and day out to find me a home. I opt to buy a new house, which was a terrible experience from start to finish.When buying from a builder, it was not cut and dry; but because of Carolyn’s expert guidance she provided objective information and opinions, and helped me avoid costly mistakes.
