As first time home buyers coming from out of state, our experience buying a home was everything we hoped it would be and more and we owe it to Betsy! The wealth of knowledge she provided for us from start to finish was more than what we expected to receive and made us feel so confidently guided in all the areas of the home buying process. For example, the details of choosing the right home for us- she had us consider things during our walkthroughs that we never would had thought about on our own. I don’t have enough good things to say about Betsy and Roy at Harvest Real Estate. As a first time home buyer, they helped me really understand the market. They were very patient with me as I was looking for houses for quite a while trying to find something that met my needs and fit within my budget. They also set me up with a great team that helped me get qualified for financing. As someone who likes to do a lot of research and online searching on my own, I spent a lot of time looking at a lot of properties online and sending them questions about them. They were always eager to show me any properties and help me understand the specific property and how it sat in the market.Much to my surprise the home that I ended up purchasing was one that I had crossed off my list as not worth looking at. The listing for the home was terrible and didn’t at all show the home in a positive light. Betsy having great knowledge of the area and the market convinced me that this home was worth a look and she was right. Once I saw the home I realized quickly that it would fit my needs perfectly and it was much nicer than the listing made it out to be. We quickly put in an offer and Betsy helped me to get a great deal.Not only did she negotiate a great deal with the seller she also identified some programs that I qualified for. With those things combined I was able to get the home with almost no money out of pocket and have instant equity. I really couldn’t be happier.Buying a home was certainly a huge decision and there were a lot of moving parts, but having Betsy and the Harvest team on my side really gave me the confidence to jump in. I’m so happy with my home and there’s no way I would have found it without them.

Going with Betsy was the best decision I made when I started looking for a house. She was always available to look at a new property, even on short notice, and flexible with times. Roy and Betsy Flores helped us find our starter home where we build our family. They are both very professional and found every program we qualified for. They helped us find ways to have all our closing cost paid for and put money in our hands for buying a home. Fast forward we out grew our house and Roy and Betsy where called for the rescue. The Flores’s helped me with ideas to remodel our home to get it up to market value. Well the exceeded that they got us way over asking price and with that said helped us buy our second home with a very low low interest rate . They also again found us programs to cover our closing cost. They have worked with FHA loans and VA loans and any other loan there is. Harvest reality should be your first call when buying or selling your home. Great family.

Theyll tell you how to get that curb appeal, get the interior of your house show ready. If you do what they tell you to do, your house will sell. They also have a plethora of resources to help you get your house ready to be put on the market and sold. They are also great property managers as they managed our rental property before we sold it.
