During our one year lease with Hart Properties Pat Fernandez was kind and very responsive whenever we needed her assistance. When it became possible for us to purchase the house we had been leasing, she was extremely helpful with the transition!

Thankful to have Pat!I have had many property managers and rented through many companies always leaving with a sour experience. This time I guess I got really lucky. I have Pat to thank in particular. Just before I signed my lease with Hart Properties, I had made a huge mistake and signed one through Vance J. Elliott. That company, VJE, really made me dread finding a new home to rent and that’s just one of the many terrible experiences. Then I found Hart Properties, who completely restored my faith in what is supposed to be an exciting and happy experience. I’m on my second year/lease and I couldn’t be happier. Around the end of my first year leasing with Hart, my AC unit broke down and stopped working after the company “Reliable Air” serviced it and did a “check up.” Prior to that check up it was working just fine, after the check up, it completely shut down and broke. Thankfully my property manager, Pat, worked diligently and efficiently to restore my air conditioning. After communicating and making her aware of how dire the situation was, she arranged for a brand new air conditioning unit to be installed and running in under 3 days. Being that it was 90° degrees and during summer, my home became unbearable, especially for my fur baby’s, but thankfully Pat had a portable AC unit put in my home until the new unit was fully installed. That is not all! Another time she went the extra mile, was when I had a bank issue with my account, and my rent payment didn’t process, I let Pat know my situation and not only was she completely understanding, she went ahead and offered to wave any late fees for me. I am extremely grateful to have Pat as my property manager, and extremely thankful I found this home.

The management team at Hart are professional and courteous. I rent from a property manager there and she is great to work with, Pat Hernandez and she is very knowledgeable about real estate buying and leasing .
