We worked with Timothy at Hampson Properties for both our rental home when we first moved to the area and again a year later when we were ready to buy our house. They made the whole experience so much less stressful and Tim was more than willing to go the extra mile to help us find the right house. He was always available to answer all our questions and guide us through the process and when our closing day walk through revealed an irrigation leak the whole team worked tirelessly to make sure it was addressed and taken care of before signing. Couldn’t recommend more if you’re looking for a conscientious, knowledgeable and friendly team to help you with you home buying/renting needs!

As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and every one was addressed almost immediately without the feeling that I was annoying. The two work as a dynamic duo - a true team covering every aspect of the process seamlessly. I appreciate their hard work in handling all the hiccups that come with buying from a builder but they had my back and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

I am still reorganizing from my recent move and they continue to let me know when I have mail at their office even though I am no longer in need of their services. They have shared personal connections related to my job and made the whole messy moving-back-in ordeal less stressful. It is a fabulous company filled with fabulous people. HIghly recommended!

They are very knowledgeable, clearly explained the process, informed us of each step in the plan, made excellent recommendations, and responded very quickly to our questions and requests. My family was recently (very quickly) relocated from the Pittsburgh area to Sugar Land by my husband’s employer. This was no small order, given our time crunch, and the fact that we needed to locate a suitable rental home from 1,400 miles away. Timothy made the process a breeze for us! Within 5 days of our first contact with Timothy, he had us lined up with the perfect rental to get us started in the area. He took the time to go on site and create virtual tours of the properties we were interested in, answered all questions in a timely manner, and has checked in with me multiple times after our arrival to make sure we are happy and well. If we had to do this all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Timothy was knowledgeable, honest, kind, friendly, and on the ball to suit our needs.
