Brian and Wendi Guthrie were very professional, but yet down to earth when helping me sell my home and find a new one. They are knowledgeable of current trends in the market and very accommodating when you send them a house youve seen listed for sale and ask them to take you to see it. Overall, they made the entire experience fun and stress free and I will use them again if I decide to move again. I highly recommend Guthrie Realty.

We reached out to Brian to sell our land South of Bixby. He immediately went to work researching our property and getting comparisons. Brian was meticulous and extremely knowledgeable. He thoughtfully guided us and shared his opinions when we asked for his input. Selling was stressful, however Brian made the entire process so much easier. The communication level was fantastic.
