We gave Craig our trust and he did not disappoint.We are transplants into the valley and knew very little of the area. I hired Craig right after our first conversation because it was obvious that he is intelligent and has intimate knowledge of housing market trends in the valley after many years of experience building his practice.Craig arranged for six showings that very afternoon, and we were able to quickly make an offer on a home the following weekend. From that point on, the whole process couldn’t have been smoother. He project-managed the whole thing from beginning to end, bringing all the respective agents together to ensure we closed on our home in under 30 days.Craig was willing to spend many hours of his time on the phone with me throughout the process. We discussed updates regularly as he guided us on the tasks we needed to accomplish along the way. I particularly appreciated his council as we discussed offer strategies and home repair negotiations prior to close. Selling a home is stressful, especially when you are moving to another State, in my case to the opposite side of the country. In that situation, you need someone who will be candid, knowledgeable, and who will provide you with a very specific list of things to do to properly and thoughtfully prepare your home for its new family. This person has to know the clientele, the current state of the market, the trends, and they have to know how to deal with people who are stressing out about the fact that they are uprooting, selling their home, and moving. As we found out, after some trial and error, that person is Craig Grove of Craig Grove Realty. Our home had sat for months, and time was running out, we had to move soon. We needed to make a change, and luckily for us, an extremely reliable source told us to seek out Craig if we wanted to sell our home. Mind you, I love research, and am normally skeptical of everyone I come across, but upon looking and researching into Craig and his company, it became clear and obvious that he was the person we were desperately needing. When we met with him, he explained everything. He didnt show up and give us a bunch of fluff. He came in with plenty of candor, which we needed, and went through every room, the backyard, etc., explaining and specifically delineating every thing we needed to do to properly prepare and present our home to potential buyers. And that is not all folks, once you hear his extensive marketing plan, you will know you made the right choice. However, its not just Craig that has to do his part, you, the seller, have to be ready to knock it out of the ball park. If you want it sold, you have to work hard to do it, and when Craig comes through providing constructive criticism, you have to be ready to accept it, yes I know that is hard, but you have to work hard and DO WHAT HE SAYS. If you do that, you will be pleasantly surprised, and once you do those things your home will be ready to be listed. Within forty-eight hours of Craig listing our home and working his marketing and networking magic, and us prepping the home for showing, we had 6 showings. Yes, thats three showings per day, and the home sold. You heard correctly, he sold our home in less than 48 hours after listing it, mind you, before he came into our lives, the home had sat on the market for months. We have been highly recommending Craig to everyone we know, and we highly recommend him to you. Whether you are selling or buying, he is who you need. Now, I am not an easy person to work with, I am highly energetic, and a no nonsense individual, but Craig dealt with my OCD take charge tendencies, and knocked it out of the ball park with the bases loaded. 5 stars and then some.
