Ive been fortunate to have Lynn MccLish and her team assist me with 4 real estate transactions over the course of the last 6 years. 2 purchases and 2 selling. She has been wonderful to deal with. Lynn is very detail oriented and always provides immediate feedback and suggestions. My sold my two homes in one day and 10 days after being listed. She does a great job with market research and coming up with a very nice plan. I highly recommend Lynn and her team.

We highly recommend Lynn McClish and the Grove team!As we all know, the hardest part these days is to buy a house, especially with very specific requirements to meet the needs of the whole family. Lynn worked tirelessly to get the inside scoop on the house and always set up appointments quickly before it was gone. She patiently showed us multiple houses over a course of about nine months before we finally found our HOME we all loved.Then, Lynn and her team provided excellent recommendations to improve our old house for the selling process. Our house sold for a premium amount!Lynn got the job done with her positive outlook, attention to detail, and smile.

This is the second time we have used the Grove Team and Lynn to sell our home. The entire team was amazing both times! Lynn does an excellent job of explaining the process, comes to the first meeting well prepared with comps and thoroughly walks you through the suggested listing price and what to expect during the process. Whenever we had questions, they were answered quickly. When we hit a couple of bumps during the sale Lynn and her team were there doing an excellent job representing and informing us. When we look for or are selling another home, the Grove Team will be there with us!

The Grove Team went above and beyond my expectations of what a realtor does for their clients.As an out of state buyer, Diane picked me up at the airport, showed me a house my family wanted to make an offer on, took me to lunch, and dropped me off at the airport - all in the same day.When we sold, the Grove Team helped us get top dollar with professional staging and photographs. Diane and Juli were responsive at all hours of the day and night to calmly respond to any questions or concerns. Diane even went well out of her way to quickly resolve a tree stump and sod issue in time for closing.In between all of this, the Grove Team regularly kept in touch through meaningful outreach efforts that show they not only care about helping you buy/sell a home, but also care about you and your family.

Diane & her team are great to work with and go the extra mile. I had a home that was 43 years old & I have been using as a income property. The tenants didnt treat the home very well at all and let the pool to go to hell on me. Diane and her team were able to get me the right contractors to fix my issues and to get the home sold for more then I ever thought I would get. I do not even know where to begin! These ladies are rockstars. They all were by our side through every step of the process of buying our home not once but twice! (new blinds, door knobs, ect) The stagers made the home look warm and comfortable, even though there wasnt any furniture. Everything worked out great.
