I purchased my first home with the help of Sasha Costa at Grit Realty. He went above and beyond to provide support throughout the entire process, driving many miles to be at every house showing, answering whatever questions I had even after hours. Sasha listened to what I wanted and made sure that I got what I was looking for in a house. I am very thankful to have had him to guide me during my home-buying experience!

Danielle Miller and the entire GRIT team were fantastic! We have definitely found our realtor for life. My wife and I have bought and sold 3 houses in our lifetime. Danielle helped us with the sale of our third home and the purchase of our land that we will be building our fourth and final home on. Our experience with Danielle was head and shoulders above anything we have experienced with other realtors. Danielle was very attentive to all of our questions, concerns, and needs. The service we got was so personal and of high quality that it felt like it was a close relative working for us! It was amazing. Danielle always answered her phone even when I would call her at very inconvenient times. She worked very quickly to address our concerns or find answers to tough questions. When buying our land she had what seemed like a dozen unusual obstacles to tackle. These obstacles were due to the selling party being unprepared. Danielle got everything taken care of and made what should have been a complete headache a total breeze. She was a lifesaver!! As long as Danielle is a realtor she will be our realtor! The best.
