The type of person you need when buying an investment Property or your forever home is someone that, you can trust, that is knowledgeable, and someone that is patient.Jake was always that and more, even after the sale...., I had a question and he still answered the phone and gave us relief. We worked with Jake to buy our first home.We didn’t really know much about the process and Jake worked with us the whole way. He was always available last minute to see a house , handle paperwork , etc. He worked closely with our mortgage company to keep everything moving. He helped us find the perfect house in a crazy market and always supplied us with info on what to offer in order to get our offer accepted. He was amazing and I would highly recommend him! I plan to use him again on our next house! He has a tremendous amount of knowledge and energy !
