Truly an outstanding group. Gabe is fantastic and takes great care to make sure his customers are happy and heard. Listening and understanding is a rare skill and he has it. Obviously under great leadership from the Griffins...the apple doesnt fall far from the tree. Cant recommend them strongly enough.

We have bought two and sold one house with Griffin Realty and could not say anything but positive feedback about them. When we sold our house, Joel encouraged us to put it on the market for more than we imagined. Photography and staging was such a class act, we had multiple offers after a few days, some above asking price. With both homes we purchased, Kristi was a great listener and very patient as we found our ideal next home. Participated in the Tax Protest Workshop by Griffin Realty Group - very well done (and great food)! An appraiser reviewed how the appraisal district does an evaluation on your property, and tips on protesting your home’s valuation. Griffin Realty offered to provide comps for home sales when tax notices go out in early April.

We were headed to make a major mistake by purchasing in the wrong region when we met Joel almost a year ago. Joel clarified where we should and shouldnt purchase after speaking with him, and he also outlined the strategy that would save us the most money and. Upon explaining every possibility, he assisted us in locating an excellent location and initiated the plan. Griffin Group has assisted us at every turn and provided all of the answers to our inquiries. We would gladly use them all again and are grateful to have gotten to know them all.
