While relocating to another city and being away, they were a great support through the entire process. Without their help we didn’t think it was possible. Tina and Patrick were amazing: Professional, Caring, and ProActive. After having our house on the market with another agency for months and months, Tina came in and had the house under contract in less than 2 weeks. Due to family events, my wife and I had to depart the state. Tina and Patrick jumped in, kept an eye on the place, saw to the care of the home/yard and supported all the needed openings for showings, inspections, made sure everything was ok and ran as smoothly as possible. They went above and beyond, they truly care about their clients.Honest, professional and down to earth, I would recommend Green Acres Realty to anyone. Hard to find a more driven, educated, and motivated firm. Their deep ties to the community and desire to work for their clients cannot be surpassed. I tried to talk them into moving to Alabama so they could be a buying agent for me here but they are staying with the community they love and support. Corpus Christi is lucky to have them!

I highly recommend this team. Tina and Pat were extremely helpful throughout this process. We are from out of state and we bought a house sight unseen. They knew what we were looking for and alerted us when the right home came on the market. All of their follow up was timely. They walked through the property multiple times and helped us get a full view with FaceTime, videos and photos. They walked through the documentation and were very patient with us. I’d recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in the area.
