When we decided to move back to Texas from Virginia, I needed assistance from a Realtor. I wanted someone experienced, knowledgeable, and willing to work hard. My good friend recommended Jason Gracey to us. After our initial phone call, I knew he was experienced, knowledgeable, and willing to do the hard work. On our initial visit to Texas to view properties, Jason was able to schedule a viewing with three or more builders. We looked at lots of different floor plans with various builders. Jason cleared his schedule for us; he was with us at every property we saw. He didnt complain once and was assisting us every step of the way. Finally, we decided to go with Perry Homes, and during the entail building process, Jason kept us updated. He was our eyes and ears on the ground. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service Jason provided. This was our first ever home purchase and we had no idea what we were doing. When researching for an agent, I narrowed it down to Jason and another agent. Jason responded within an hour on a Sunday evening. The other agent didn’t respond until late the next day so we went with Jason and I am so glad we did. He answered every question we had. He was never pushy nor made us feel rushed. He never told us what we should do, he always gave us his opinion and give both sides so we could make our own informed decision. He accommodated our time and always prompt with a response. We highly recommend Jason as a realtor for many reasons. We always felt that he was working for us and not us working for him, as several previous realtors with whom we had worked with. Well, it has been an interesting journey beginning with selling our Austin area home and acreage commercially and buying a residential property with acreage in the greater Houston area. Providentially we had a recommendation to Jason Gracey and the Great Houston Properties team from a close acquaintance who knew Jason.Jason has been a rock since the beginning of the process. He understood fully that any purchase of a similar property in the Houston area was contingent upon the sale of our current residence and our ability to make a cash offer for a new property. It has been nearly 50 years since we bought property and there was a lot to learn. Jason made sure that we were thoroughly informed on all the current terms, laws, financing and contracts that are involved with the purchase of a home.Jason has been unstinting in his efforts of assistance and now at the end, his honest advice when we were offered a finance by owner contract from a potential buyer. His advice and our rejection were not in Jasons interests.It seems that the commercial market is not quite right in our area for an immediate sale as infrastructure continues to be delayed, so we are continuing to keep our property active, and not planning to look at many more properties in the Houston area for the time being. When we do sell, we will be contacting Jason again for his honesty, expertise and enthusiasm.
