Grant is knowledgeable, friendly, and very proactive. In our instance, we have a 42 motorhome which we would like to store at our home. He had to change the search criteria a couple of times to get the result we needed as most places allowing a RV couldnt accommodate a big motorhome. It didnt matter what question(s) we sent to Grant, he would respond very quickly and with accurate knowledge at hand. He was able to effectively communicate the complexities of our offer(s) so that there was no confusion as to where the responsibilities lay (Buyer vs. Seller), and ultimately was able to reign-in the details to get us under contract. We are so grateful to have worked with Grant, both in the past in buying our first home in Texas, and just recently, selling that home 10 years later to move to a new area. He expertly guided us through the whole process. He is professional, trustworthy, calm, and on top of every detail through the whole process. We were never left wondering what to do to get the house ready to go on the market- he took time to go through each room (and outside) to detail out a checklist (with photos!) of what things he suggested we do to do to be ready to sell and for taking great listing photos. We started our search with Grant in early 2021. After testing the waters and losing several offers to cash buyers with deep pockets, we decided to wait for the market to cool before attempting to upsize. I cant say enough positive things about our experience with Grant. He sold our condo for us, and he was helpful throughout the process without being pushy. For example, he gave us a list of detailed suggestions for editing the décor to get it ready for showing, which made it easy to cross things off the list as we got them done – but he was never pushy about it. “I make suggestions,” he would often tell me and my husband, “but y’all make decisions.” I liked that attitude, that he was forthcoming with his professional opinion but let us, the clients, decide how to proceed. Throughout the process, he was knowledgeable, attentive, detail-oriented, and prompt in getting back to us with answers to our questions. After the initial walkthrough he provided us with a document outlining all that we needed to do to get the house ready from repairs to furniture removal so we would have the best pictures to put in the listing. His team also helped with doing a virtual staging because we ended up moving prior to listing. The pictures and virtual walkthrough was amazing! I write this from the top floor of the new house weve bought (first-time homebuyers) thanks to Grant Deans expertise. This house is a Godsend. Grant, however, provided expert human intervention! We met with him just as The Pandemic was starting. Months later, after several coincidences, we actually began house-hunting in the summer. By then we were getting back into foster care, and working from home, and needed more space. Grant perfectly understood our needs, and then later our geographic limits within a particular school zone. Once he cautioned us against a particular house (to the pleasant shock of friends and family when they heard of it). Later, once wed made our third offer (successful this time!), he negotiated for just what we would need in our special circumstances.
