One of the best decisions Ive made related to the sale of inherited property in Brazoria was selecting Lisa Grimes of Goolsby Properties as my realtor!! A cousin had used her for a very complicated sale of adjacent property and suggested I retain her services. From our initial discussion in early 2020, Grimes was professional, engaging and clear. Due to delays caused by the pandemic closure and a protracted probate process, several months elapsed, yet she kept in contact. (I live 3 hours away in San Antonio) Through it all, she remained flexible and patient, even meeting my husband and me in a golf cart when we traveled to Angleton to inspect the land and go to court. Grimes is very familiar with land issues and gave helpful tips on navigating the various bureaucratic channels.Despite the lengthy time, Grimes helped identify a buyer in 2024 after the probate issues were resolved. She communicated with me appropriately and represented my best interests quite well, I firmly believe. Indeed, realtor Lisa Grimes was all that my cousin had represented her to be and even more! What a positive experience with a most exemplary realtor!!

After a failed attempt and a bad experience with another realtor we found the professional realtor Lisa Grimes. Lisa kept us informed and did exactly what she said she would do. She’s very knowledgeable in her field. Buying and/or selling a home is very stressful, but she handled the sale of our property very well and I would highly recommend her if you were looking for a real estate agent.

I contacted Goolsby Properties when my family and I decided to move from Tennessee to Texas. Since I was out of state, it was pretty difficult to reach an agent for their help. Patty, with Goolsby, was one of the msny agents that I reached out to and the first to return my phone call. She was with me every step of the way; always making sure that she stayed ahead of any possible problems that popped up. She is very knowledgeable of the area and was so very willing to make time to show us numerous houses when we were only in TX for the weekend. She NEVER had any problem going the extra mile and she was always there when I had questions or even if I just needed to vent about issues that came up concerning a house that we had put an offer on.If it wasnt for Patty, I might have called it quits and stayed in TN, but we are so very glad that we didnt!
