Roman Svyatetskiy is one of the best realtors. He has helped me to get my family our first house. He has been explaining the process at every step, found our dream home quickly and even helped pay for our hotel when our house wasn’t ready to move into. USDA is the lender we went with. Mortgage is only couple hundred dollars more than apartment rent. Zero down payment. Got loan approved after 6 months employment after having a gap of 5 months no employment. It’s a blessing to have our own home and we are thankful to God as well.

I would highly recommend Roman with gold real estate group. He is highly competent in real estate markets and negotiations. We had a challenge buying a house while being out of state. The competitive real estate market made this even more difficult. We were able to win in a multiple offer situation and buy the home we really wanted. Another impressive thing was the communication and availability, Roman walked us through this complicated process and answered all our questions even at 11:00 p.m. on the weekends.
