Our experience with Godley Estate Sales could not have been better. David was very friendly and answered all of our (hundreds) questions, and Angela put on the best possible sale you could have asked for. Everything was very organized, Angela worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly (and quickly) and they both treated the situation with a death in the family with the utmost care and compassion. 5 stars, would highly recommend if you need an estate sale to go well!

David is a miracle worker and a kind and genuine person. After my father passed I had to move my mom and as part of the process I’ve been preparing her house for sale. The house was packed and overwhelming - We were about ready to just call a junk hauling company, but David and his crew were able to work miracles with the estate sale, clearing out the unsellable and staging the sellable items like a professional. We couldn’t believe it was the same place when we saw the pictures. Working with him from start to finish has been seamless. (Like others who have reviewed, we ended up with a far bigger check than we would have ever imagined too.) After the sale, he and his team worked to clear out remaining items and make sure useable goods were donated to a good charity. For anyone in a similar situation, I encourage them to turn to Godley Estate Sales! Thank you David!

Godley Estate Sales did a phenomenal job with my moms estate sale. They communicated incredibly well, and had a top notch marketing plan to drive sales. In the end, we went from the house of two hoarders, to an empty house that was ready for sale. I would highly recommend them!

David was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, as was his staff. He handled ALL the details of the sale of the many and sizeable items in our home, from the display to overseeing the sale. He kept us informed and up to date on the sale. And when complete left the house neat and clean. I highly recommend Godley Estate sales and David.

I used Godley Estate Sales recently for a living estate sale to sell my entire household. I cannot be more pleased. These guys are very honest, extremely knowledgable and professional. They answered all my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond what I expected anyone would do on a couple of specialty items. They were very diligent in promoting the sale, both prior to and during the sale. I could not be more pleased at the outcome of my estate sale or Godley Estate Sales. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Superb company.
