George sold my house in Wylie in less than a week after posting for the price we were asking. He did a great job advising us on preparation of the house and posting it on MLS. We also employed him in the purchase of our home in Melissa. We were kept totally informed of the progress as the house was being built and assisted us in making sound decisions in features and upgrades that we wanted. George James was totally professional in our sale and purchase. I highly recommend his realty organization.

George is an AWESOME realtor who helped us sell our home in Melissa and also buy a lake home in East Texas. We provided a short list of must haves to George for our new home, then together we developed a list of houses to see, and he escorted us on several trips to look at them. After we found our dream home, George helped arrange a thorough inspection and guided us through the buyer’s negotiations. Now that we were ready to sell, George reviewed our home, made some update suggestions, met us at Lowe’s to pick out potential replacement fixtures and provided comparable houses to help us set a selling price. He then arranged two showings on one day, and both came in at our asking price! George was there for the final negotiations, he attended the property assessment, and even arranged the closing for both homes on the same day at the same location. George was always available, never pressured us, kept us involved and informed every step of the way, saved us thousands of dollars on unnecessary updates, got us more than expected, and orchestrated the easiest closing(s) ever. It doesn’t get any better than that!

Helps with solving the knotty inspection findings that always occur. His web layouts and pictures present the property in the best possible light. He knows the good movers who take the hassles out of packing and unpacking. George gets you into good neighborhoods, and with state recognized schools.George knows how to get you financed. He’s well connected with all of the “can do” loan companies. The same goes for homeowners insurance. He guided us with what to do with updating the outside landscape, staging the inside, professional photos, price guidance, appraisal, comparisons, suggested several subs to assist in painting, caulking, and getting rid of extra junk. We Came here in 2011. We were looking to buy a pre own home when doing so we crossed paths with George James he showed us the pre own home that we were intrested in and told us about this really great new property and told us that we could buy a house for the same price that we were looking at buying a pre own home told him I didnt think that was possible he said trust me let me show you this area not knowing this man I decided that we would go and look anyway he was extremely professional and right. we had bought a home and built just like he said. We couldnt be more happier. In 2017 we decided to move again Because we used George James in the pass we called upon Him again. He sold our home for us and we moved to Fairview. We are getting ready to make a move again this will be the third time and we will use George James every time because he is great and gets the job done we could not be happier.
