Sabrina and Joe are hands down the best. They helped us buy our first home and guided us step by step through the process. No time was wasted in sending us multiple prospective homes daily and they were very flexible to show us homes on our schedule. Joe has an incredible knowledge of the market value of homes and will never steer you wrong during the bidding process. Not only did they help us buy our first home, they sold it for us in record time and helped us look for land to buy and build our new custom home. When I say looked for land, I mean they got their boots on and walked tons of properties with us. Truly first class all the way!

After losing my realtor to retirement, Sabrina with Generation Realty stepped up to save the day! Before Sabrina, we had multiple contracts fall through and many discouraging moments in this crazy market! I was completely unaware of so much! I can’t even believe that I had previously signed and agreed to contracts that I didn’t fully understand (and I am a college educated woman😬). It is a blessing that the sellers never accepted them ! We could have ended up losing earnest money or signing ourselves away to a huge mistake!!!! Now working with Sabrina I have learned so much! She is what I call a real estate SHARK! With knowing her less than an hour, I had requested to see a home out on the country side ASAP since this market moves so fast! Shortly after texting her, she had already spoken to the realtor of a property and set up a showing for that home the very next morning 🤩 and did I mention these property owners were requesting 24 hour notice? She was able to get us in quicker than the 24 hour which made our contract the first one they received ! AMAZING! But aside from her astonishing knowledge of this business, she is the nicest, most caring realtor I have ever met! She cares about her clients and wants nothing short of the very best for them! Investing in a home can be so scary and you may feel like you can’t do it or that you don’t have the resources BUT I promise there are ways and Sabrina can help you with that! You would be doing yourself a disservice to chose anyone but her to represent you!
