I love this apartments been here for 1 yr now. Very good people in the office and the maintenance team.Haven’t had any problems and what ends up being a problem they fix. Alex the head of the maintenance team will take care of fixtures in a timely manner very awesome work.

Alex Herrera, the maintenance supervisor was such great help and very knowledgeable about the things he was working on. Also, gave me knowledge on our own preventative maintenance to help me better upkeep our apartment.

So we moved in about 5 months ago. And I always see bad reviews on this complex but we love it here. They keep it really clean and we feel a lot safer from the apartments we came from. There was a bug issue in the beginning of summer but I went to go fill out the pest control paper and they came and sprayed the same day. After that I swear I never saw crickets, spiders, or ants again. They are strict with towing but as long as you follow the rules and have your stuff up to date you would have no issues. The pool had been closed a lot of the summer though so that’s been the biggest bummer.I have always emailed the Manager a few times and she Always responds and gets whatever needs to be done, done.Just be respectful and follow the rules and you should have no issues!!:)

This community has the right formula for success. A mix of nice looking community, a very helpful leasing team, availability of ALL the right amenities and affordable pricing. I highly recommend you check it out before making your final leasing-selection. Special Kudos to Elise.

On my second year living here and have had nothing but a great, seamless experience. The ladies in the leasing office have always been so professional and very helpful! These apartments are strict and I think that’s why it can be bothersome to a lot of people, but for a low- income apartment they do everything to make sure these apartments stay looking good and the environment clean, so as long as you abide by their rules you shouldn’t have no issues. The towing company will tow people in the hours they’re allowed to, so just KNOW the hours. Visitor parking is hard to find at night, there are a lot of visitors and the only issue with that is residents will save spots for their people and switch off when they get there.. which is annoying to see when your visitor is trying to find a spot. Other than that I love it here, everything in my apartment is new and functioning.

I’ve been to this property twice. Once to view the property and units and the second time to put in my application.Both times I met with Arlene and she is phenomenal. Very welcoming and personable. She answered any and all questions I had. I also met with Norma who helped with the application process. These ladies are efficient and enjoyable to work with. Looking forward to my upcoming move to Frontera Crossing.

I am very pleased with how friendly and kind the staff was as soon as Norma took me back to help me complete the application the first thing she did was offer me a drink and snack made me feel very welcomed. She helped me on everything I didnt understand on my application she also called me through out the week keeping me updated on what was needed for my application to go through and be accepted. When I went to pick up my key Arleen helped me with that process and she was super sweet and explained everything I was signing on my lease to where I understood. I am very pleased and excited to finally move into my apartment with my babies cant wait such a beautiful community.

It is about time to renew my lease and I couldnt be more excited! I absolutely love it here! Arleen and Norma are super friendly and understanding and will help walk you through the process. The property is always well-kept. They do routine checks and have on-site security so I feel safer than ever. They also have community events and are extremely family-friendly! My girls especially love the resident garden where they can pick fresh fruit and vegetables!

From start to finish this was a quick and easy process. I applied, and was given my keys to my beautiful new apartment with in 3 days.The staff is friendly and so helpful.Gloria, help me complete my application, ensured that I completed my application correctly.She showed me the different floor plans and help me decide on the floor plan best for my furniture and how I could place it in the different layouts.I am so happy to be in my beautiful new apartment home.

So very happy to find this community before getting locked in to another. Ms. Gladys was AMAZING she made sure to inform about ALL paperwork needed❤️ Nothing like going to your appointment & being told you need something else. She made the process painless & less stressful than it already is🤗 was just so delighted with her professionalism! Everything is clean & orderly. The kitchen is my favorite place. The office smells wonderful & I noticed everyone cared for one another. Nothing but positive vibes I LOVE my apartment(s), even more having zero rent until next year❣️

Arleen was very helpful and made everything so easy for us. My baby even became fussy while doing paperwork so she held her and put on cartoons to calm her! The apartments themselves are also very nice inside and out with a lot of amenities for tenants to enjoy. I couldn’t have chosen a better apartment to live in!

We are new to TX and Frontera Crossing is an absolutely beautiful property with great amenities. Mrs.Arleen is the BEST leasing agent I ever dealt with...Seriously! Not only was she there every step of the application process but she went above and beyond so me and my family could move into our new place. She is very patience and compassionate while still being proffesional and attenitive. I really love how they have a monthly calendar they put together for the residents. They have events taking place that range from Mommy and Me Arts and Crafts to Assisting with Finacial Aid to further your education. Frontera Crossing has made me and my family feel welcomed, its more than an apartment...its a GREAT community!

I just moved in a couple weeks ago, and I love the community. Gladys is amazing from the start, she has always been kind and helpful with everything! Very patience as well when iI bring my 1 year in. Norma has also been helpful with all my 10 billion questions as well! She is amazing and patience with everything. Everyone else that works there is lovely and always has a smile in the office. My mother and I were in search of a New Apartment Home. I did look into another apartment nearby Frontera Crossing and somehow my GPS lead me here. The Frontera Crossing staff is very welcoming, friendly, pleasant and very helpful. We filled out our applications online and within time we got approved to our New Home. This complex is Brand New, very Spacious and very Affordable. The staff is a Great Team and we highly recommend it!

Very nice apartments , ONLY cons are the floors are thin. & Residents dont pick up after their dogs when they poop. Its gross. Was ready to move from my last apartments because of old ladies letting their dogs poop everywhere. Now these are new and we have to watch for dog poop walking to the park its sick! And should be addressed where they pick up after them and put some more trash cans for them to throw it. .

I have to say dealing with this property has been the best experience I’ve had since moving to Texas 13 years ago. The staff here made this very stressful moving experience a walk in the park. They are fun, engaging, and a pleasure to work with. I have to shout out Tory for his fabulous touring skills and amazing people skills. I fell in love with the amenities before we ever made it to the apartment. Arleen is a pure delight so fun and electric definitely someone you want to be around! Anthony he’s the sweetest, very dependable and just a great guy. Let’s not forget the top dog Norma she is sweet as pie and also a joy to deal with. Now lets talk about the property it is beautiful, peaceful, and in the middle of NOWHERE. Not saying thats a bad thing but it is an up and coming part of town. Everything you need is a 15 min drive off top walmart, heb, banks etc. Beside that fact the apartments themselves are very nice small but very nice. Playgrounds all over the property only one pool though. I love it here and I haven’t even moved in yet. So for anyone looking for peace this is the place!! If you with the drama, or don’t watch your kids or your mouth, etc this ain’t the place for you. Thank you NRP staff your so amazing I immediately felt at home.

Brand spanking new... Only problem is youll definitely need a vehicle. In the middle of nowhere until its built up more. Gladys was awesome ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 🤩... Was very patient and tolerant... I made a lotta mistakes. At one point I wanted to give up and throw in the towel... She encouraged me to keep going. Once I saw my apartment, I was sooooo glad I didnt give up. Thank you Gladys and everyone else in the office. Yall are a good team.

These are brand new apartments that are being built as I write this review. It is so exciting to be selected as a candidate for the upcoming availability this year. Im so excited!!!Most of all I truly appreciate the great customer service experience I am having with Arleen Morales right now throughout the application process. It is very intense and a little overwhelming, but Arleen is making this experience very seamless as possible for me.She has been very attentive and most of all patient with me during this entire process. Shes very personable, relatable, emphatic and professional which is very hard to come by.She has worked patiently with me on things that I didnt understand and assured me that it was ok to not know what I didnt know. She didnt make me feel dumb or less than, she simply re-editorated and we moved on to the next thing. No pressure.This is just the application process. I am not even 100% that I will actually be approved, but Arleen is working with me in a way that even if I dont Ill be fine either way. Ill still get to walk away with a great customer service experience and I would still refer others to go get a chance to experience that service for themselves and get a really great apartment in the process.Thank you Arleen for all you do. You are truly an amazing person.

Very nice place. I am considering moving in to a one bedroom. Visited last night to visit a friend. As I was walking to his apartment, I noticed a man walking his Belgium Malinois or German Shepherd. Very vicious dog. Wanted to attack another person walking their dog. May want to consider a breed restriction as Ive seen children during the day playing outside.
