Don’t normally leave reviews but I Have to share our amazing experience with Molly. Molly was referred to us by a co-worker and was on top of everything from day 1! We set up a phone call, and were greeted with her warm personality and went over our needs and expectations. Within one week we were under contract! The process was very smooth and Molly was with us every step of the way to explain anything we had questions about and give us advice as first time home buyers. The level of personalized service Molly provides is next level from the house warming gifts to the occasional check in to see how we are doing. When we moved to Walsh Ranch 4 years ago, Molly made a point of reaching out to welcome us and regularly checked in with us to see how we were settling in. Molly is a predominant figure in the Walsh community and is very engaged in making it a really great place to live. When we decided we were selling our home, there was no question that we would work with Molly and she made a very stressful process more manageable. Her local knowledge and incredible attention to detail ensured that we were fully prepared to put our house on the market, and she would check in with us multiple times a day throughout the time our home was on the market. I am sure that she was working on other listings at the same time as ours but it felt like we were her only clients - she was totally dedicated to us. We were lucky to receive a great offer after our home being on the market for only 1 week, and I am sure that it was due to Molly’s guidance and diligence. She stayed by our side throughout the entire process and following the move Molly has remained in contact with us which has been so lovely. She is truly a friend at this point. Molly & her team are amazing. Their personal touch is second to none! She helped us design, stage, and sell our house at our pace and quickly. No question was dumb and they were always a phone call or text message away! I even texted about paint colors while at Lowes and Lisa responded with the exact color name. When it came time to review offers, Molly walked through each offer, taking her time to answer our questions to help us make the right decision. You cant go wrong with this team! They knocked it outta the park for us!

Friedrich Realty is a 5 star, A+ realty company. My wife and I sold our Austin home and worked with Molly and Ashley directly. They consistently provided us with necessary data through the entire process of prepping, listing, showing, selling and closing the home. They also provided new services, like virtual staging, that other realters did not provide to their clients.We got several offers, but were looking for a special family as the new owners to our wonderful home. A home that saw our youngest and oldest daughters through their time in Austin. Molly was patient and understanding with all of our points with each offer. Rather than trying to convince us to sign each offer, she listened to us and provided information to restructure the final contract.My wife and I have been buying, selling, renting and refinancing real estate for 30+ years. We have had the opportunity to sell directly as owners and to use realty companies. We chose to go with Friedrich Based on recommendations. Friedrich Realty is by far the best realty company we have worked with in 30+ years.Here is some data for potential sellers reading this. Our home had a signed contract within 40 days of our listing and then closed in 20 days because Molly also worked with a transaction coordinator(TC Solutions) and a Title company(Austin Title) as a cohesive team. In the past, our quickest close was 28 days. To be honest, I didn’t think it was possible to close a home in 20 calendar days, but the team did it. The team was in constant communications and helped us get all of our items checked off during the contract to closing process. It was the quickest and easiest closing my wife and I ever had. We even got the sellers funds posted to our bank account the day we closed, amazing!!
