I leased a house for 3 years for me and my kids. French and company always went above and beyond in my opinion. Mr French even showed up on several Saturdays to ensure that the people renting in the apartment complex next door were removed from the property if they were involved in anything illegal. I really appreciated this because of my kids and of course the families that lived in the apartment complex next door. With that said I was sent a bill for the damages that living in the house for three years with two kids and four pets caused. I never even thought to question Mr French or his company because of course there was damage done to the house and it my responsibility to pay for it. I’m paid in full and French and company and I are in good standings. I would rent/ lease from French and company and I would strongly recommend others to do the same.

Very much enjoyed my experience in buying my home with French and Co. and in particular, my agent, Brandy Lee, was fantastic. She went above and beyond in her search for homes that fit what I wanted and then in helping me to make a fair offer and close the deal in what was a very, very competitive market. Id highly recommend!

Cindy Wilkinson helped us find our dream home during the height of the pandemic. She was the most patient and helpful realtor weve ever had the pleasure of working with! We are pretty picky buyers and she showed us countless listings (sometimes multiple times) until we found the one. I highly recommend Cindy if you are looking for a knowledgeable and responsive realtor...plus she is really fun to be around and is fully committed to helping you find your home. I promise you cant go wrong with Cindy!

Cindy at French & Co took the absolute best care of us. We were buying a house from out of state and hit more than a few road blocks in the process. Cindy was patient, kind, and helpful in every aspect. She worked around our travel schedule and helped as much as she could making things so much easier on us preparing for the big move .She knows Amarillo like the back of her hand and I always felt like I was in great hands. I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone I know looking to buy a home!

I recently worked with Dana Neely on purchasing a home and she was a pleasure to work with! As a first-time homebuyer I was always worried that I would be rushed or ripped off by an agent but I was amazed at how patient and professional Dana is. She is extremely prompt at answering any questions I had and even recommended me a great home inspector as well as foundation inspector and was thorough at explaining the entire homebuying process to me. She even helped expedite the closing process so that I could have an extra 10 days moving into my new home. Dana is a great agent to work with and I will always recommend her to any of my friends that are looking to purchase a home in the future. Thanks for all the help!!

Dana Neeley was the real estate agent that helped us purchase our home, and then 3 years later she helped us buy our land. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She gave us great advice for how to get top dollar for our home and helped us to really understand the process so we didn’t feel like we were in the dark. Overall, the whole French and Co. team was kind and very helpful.
