Sometimes, life presents unexpected challenges that call for a different approach when selling a house. As a real estate agent, I know that not every home sale fits the traditional mold, and in those cases, having an honest local buyer can really make all the difference. I have seen Zach work with some Killeen, TX sellers firsthand who needed a fast and hassle-free option, particularly with an inherited home with a time sensitive situation. He was upfront and refreshingly honest to work with and offered a straightforward solution for them – qualities that aren’t always easy to find. While every seller’s needs are different and he may not always be the right fit (a different homeowner I worked with couldnt reach a deal, but still praised Zach for his honesty, respect and professionalism), he handles every situation with transparency and doesn’t give you the runaround.

Me and my family recently did business with Zach in selling our home in Copperas Cove Tx. To begin you will not encounter another individual as humble and trustworthy than Zach. The whole process once me and my wife both agreed and negotiated a sell price. It took around 3 weeks, funds and all. Communication was fantastic and the document process simply easy and convenient. I would recommend Zach’s professionalism to anyone looking to sell their home.Do your homework if this is for you, selling your home is a huge step and need to have plans for afterwards. Me and my family tried for years and invested thousands on home repairs only for something else to go wrong.
