I bought my first house 6 years ago and Matthew Fraser was my realtor, referred by a good friend. I used his services again this month to sell my house. In both cases Matthew went above and beyond what I imagined a realtor should be and do.The sale of the house took patience as I was living in a nearby state. Matthew assisted with getting repair quotes from contractors and was able to meet them at the house as my proxy. He made the whole process so smooth and answered all my questions promptly. I would highly recommend Fraser Realty and Matthew Fraser to anyone buying or selling a house in Texas!

Matt and his team are literally the best brokers/realtors in the state of Texas. So knowledgeable, always answering all my questions, and even helped me on the lender side of things, always keeping my best interest in mind. We went through a process of looking at over a dozen homes, writing offers on at least half of them. Matt, even in such a flooded market, always kept positive communication and reassurance through every phase of the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner, battling the investor saturated market here in DFW. I will continue to recommend, suggest, and encourage anyone looking for a home to go with Fraser Realty- if you are looking for honest, proactive, client interest first, look no further.
