Kris Franks is the best Realtor Ive ever worked with. This is high praise as I was a realtor for several years. He will go above and beyond to get you the best deal possible and truly cares for you and the process. He has sold my old home, procured the home we live in now and is currently helping me with the sell of my grandmothers estate. I Cant speak highly enough of this man. I am only a tenant but I have been renting a property managed by Kris Franks Realty, to date my experience has been positive. I have had one issue in the past year with a toilet that was not functioning properly, I called their office and to my surprise it was fixed within 1 hour. Kudos to Garret (Franks Realtys maintenance guru)! I encountered challenges regarding the wooden fence surrounding my residence. Garret effectively evaluted the problem, meticulousy mediated a resolution, and personally participated in building a new fence. All can say is wow! I am beyond satisfied with the results. If this the example of what Franks Realty has to offer then I will continue being a tenant!
