She was not only able to give me a vast list of properties but she also picked up on the general vibe I was looking for. Ashley was also knowledgeable on the various areas and potential pros and cons of specific properties. This proved to be significant as I am new to the Dallas area and needed additional opinions on safety concerns. I have used Franklin Finders twice now and it is always amazing! This second time I worked with Laura Kurzban and she did a great job! I was able to clearly communicate my needs and wants and my budget and she promptly sent me a list that had in depth information on each apartment as well as photos of the units and amenities. On the list she shared I was able to scroll through and favorite my top places and she could see those on her side and worked with me to schedule all of my tours. I ended up signing at one of the apartments she set up the tour for and I could not be happier. It has been exactly as described and better. I also chose to use the free 2-hour move for using Franklin Finders and Betos Moving was so kind and efficient! I could not recommend using them enough. It helped make my move so much easier and less stressful. From step one of reaching out to Franklin Finders to move in, Laura was with me every step assisting and making my life easier! Oh also on one of my tours Laura was unable to attend so she had Matt Filipek on her team join the tour and he was seriously so kind and helpful. The whole team truly cares about you and where you are deciding to live. It is a huge decision so I highly recommend using Franklin Finders! -

So I just moved back to Dallas in Aug and had been trying to find a nice, descent, peaceful & affordable place to live. Iām sure you all know how challenging that can be. I tried apartment locators but the ones I tried wasnāt doing much and I would hardly hear from them so I just kind of stopped for a moment. My cousin saw a post in instagram of a young lady that went through a company called āFranklin Findersā to find affordable luxury apartments. I was skeptical but I reached out anyway. Thought I would be waiting a while to hear from someone but ZOE ROBISON hit me up the next day. I was shocked at the quick reply. From that day until today ZOE ROBISON has been a blessing to me. She immediately got busy doing my preferences and submitted a list of places with in a week. I was very impressed. Although I went through 3 lists, I ended up finding my now home from the 2nd list. I chose Layers Galleria across from Galleria Mall. I never would have thought they would be as affordable with them being in the location they are in. Zoe was on point from start to finish. She really takes pride in her work and puts in great effort. She also brought in her friend Erin to help me set up all my utilities. I didnāt have to do anything. I have never had a moving process be so smooth.So if you need help finding a place, consider Franklin Finders and work with ZOE ROBISON. -

Highlighting the amenities and any concessions or added bonuses for us. Her attention to detail made the process that much easier for us to find a place!
