You are getting the BEST in the business with Ford Shanley! He has been my leasing agent for 3 years with excellent results in finding the perfect tenants for my town home. Being a first time landlord, Ford has walked me through the ins/outs of leasing with patience and with exceptional knowledge of the real estate market. Ford was my property manager for several years before becoming my real estate agent. He was always so prompt with handling any issues that arose as a renter, that I when I was ready to finally buy my first place, I knew he was my go-to agent! As a first time home buyer that was doing this completely on my own, he did a wonderful job of walking me through the process and helping me get comfortable with taking this big step. We have used Ford as our Broker on several transactions and leasing assignments. He moves fast, is great at reading the deal, and is a skilled negotiator. We are very pleased with Ford and ask for his help on any of our real estate moves. Our only complaint is that it took us too long to find him! I recommend him to anyone who will listen.

I have bought 3 properties through Ford. One of them an absolute home run that has really set me up. He was able to negotiate over 30K on 2 of my houses in a way that does not insult the seller. If you want a real estate agent that knows the market and can get you the best price Ford is the way to go.
