Raquel is a fantastic person to work with! Ive worked with her a couple different times in house hunting, etc. and her intuition is what stuck out to me the most. Whether her ability to find the right group of homes to look at, or knowing when to make the jump on an offer, she has been great and trustworthy throughout the entire process. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to know and all questions are answered, no matter the time of day, or day of the week.

I have worked with Raquel on over half a dozen home sales/buys. She always does a great job of advertising, presenting the house and helping out with inspections/getting in touch with contractors etc. However, where she shines above all is the final stage of negotiations and all that back and forth that is required to do the closing.I can’t recommend her organization enough. I would rather not work with anyone else again.
