Dan Franklin is the real deal. I have known Dan from working with him at radio station KSKY for years so I asked for his advice. I was taking offers on my flooded home. After he did a market analysis of my home and its location, Dan suggested that I put it directly on the market. He was honest and upfront about everything that he set out to achieve. He used his years of experience to make selling my home quickly, very easy & painless. Everything that he said was going to happen actually happened. My house was not habitable yet he got it sold for $80,000 more than my best offer that I had gotten before we listed it on the market. It sold within a week. He has many excellent connections in the industry. I would highly recommend Dan Franklin and his company.

I was trying to figure out how to get out of the possible foreclosure of my house and a friend texted me Mr Dan Franklins phone number with the message - he wants to buy your house and doesnt even know it yet.So, I called and we played phone tag most of the day and I decided to try him the next day. Shortly after that, he called me again and we spoke about why I needed to sell the house. He came by that evening to look at the house and we signed the papers, then and there. We had one hiccup with the mortgage company dragging their feet, but everything Dan said he would do, was done in record time. He and all the people he works with are of the utmost integrity and he even made the whole process enjoyable! This is the 2nd house I have owned and every other time I have left the process hating everyone involved because of their inaction.Dan Franklin is the man to buy or sell your house. I met Dan Franklin many years ago when I was the host of The Homebuyer Helper Show on AM 1190 KGBS in Dallas Texas. In my initial interview with him I was astounded that he had been buying homes all around the DFW Metro area for a few years and closed many of his deals at the very same Title companies that I used. This gave me the ability to check him out right off the bat with other professionals and they all told me the exact same things that I have found to be true. Dan is a professional, honest, informed straight shooter who constantly tries to pay the most he can to the folks from whom he buys homes. He figures that his reputation for fairness will always proceed him, and it most certainly does that! I have worked with him on many transactions and the Sellers always feel that they got the best treatment possible.
