We posted our timeshare on line approximately 3 months ago. We were contacted by Jodi Martin within an hour telling us she had a buyer. At first we were skeptical. She suggested we check her out at BBB and told us about her years in the timeshare business. She guided us through the paper work and told us what to expect from Marriott. Everything went smoothly and we sold our timeshare. The business was handled through a title insurance company. We did not have to put any money upfront. We recieved our check within the time period Jodi said it would. The whole process was handled professionaly and my wife and I couldnt be happier. Jodi Lynn Martin gets 5 stars. After my frustration and disappointment in dealing with Marriott directly, dealing with Jodi Lynn was great. She was clear on the process and reassured me that the sale was not only plausible but probable. The most amazing part was she already had a potential buyer, which very shortly, became a firm contract. She also works with a broker who efficiently shepherded the contract through Marriott. Although the process took longer than expected, the delays were all Marriott. Every time I reached out for a progress report, they were both prompt in replying. I would not hesitate and recommending them to anyone.

I skeptically responsded to a random email inquiry to sell my timeshare and really did not believe this was a real person. Much to my surprise, Jodi was real and sold my Aruba timeshare that has been underutilized for years. I was able to get thousands of dollars for something I thought I would have to give away to get rid of the maintenance fees. If you have a timeshare you want to sell, CALL JODI!

Jodi Lynn was so very patient with me. We have had issues with our other timeshare company and their sales program so we were very apprehensive. Jodi Lynn took the time to explain everything to me and answer multiple upon multiple questions. She ALWAYS returned my phone calls and text messages. She even got back to me while she was on vacation. Who does that?!?! NO ONE!! She even went as far as booking our week for us. Who does that?!?! NO ONE!! I trusted Jodi Lynn Martin to sell 2 of our Marriott timeshare weeks and 2 contracts for Marriott destination points. She is reliable, efficient and really really good at her job! She made the process much easier for us. We started in lated April and closed on our last property this week. I found Jodi Lynn easy to work with, professional, trustworthy and an overall great person. She embodies all the qualities that give timeshare a good name!I highly recommend her for timeshare transactions.

We engaged JodiLynn to sell our Aruba timeshare earlier this year. Our communication was mainly via email, but original documents were sent regular mail. We just completed the sale November 2023.From the outset she set clear expectations and outlined the lengthy sales process. We heard from her as steps were completed. She responded quickly if we requested additional information or asked for interim updates. Communication was A+.Working with her transfer agent, Paul Larkin, was also great. He sent clear and simple instructions that were very way to follow.We would highly recommend working with Jodi for buying and/or selling timeshares.

As we were looking for a timeshare, we found Five Star Timeshare Realty online and started communicating with Jodi. We arent first-time buyers but the market has changed since our last purchase and we had concerns. Jodi actively communicated to us not only during the presale process but throughout the entire transaction, through closing as to address every question or concern that arose in a timely manner. She even went out of her way to coordinate with the previous owners and proactively secure a reservation for our desired week for our first year of ownership during the closing process. Jodi was extremely professional from the outset, properly setting expectations, and maintaining excellent communications. Although weve worked with others in the past, she is now our first option going forward and I would highly recommend to anyone making her yours as well. Kudos!
