We are so thankful for Chauncey at Firehouse Realty. He is the best of the best! Chauncey is an amazing realtor! He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are well taken care of. He responds quickly to all of our questions and he is very knowledgeable.He sold our house for above asking price the first weekend it was on the market! Then, he helped us get into our new house. Chauncey helped us sell our home and buy our new home all while dealing with the statewide COVID shutdown. He handled both our contracts very professionally, got us top dollar on the sell of our first home and he negotiated us the best deal when purchasing our second home. Any major issues that were found on our new home, Chauncey made sure they were taken care of by the seller and that there wasnt any unnecessary expenses passed on to us. Chauncey and his family team sold our house in a very difficult market at a high selling price. It took a while to sell in this market but Chauncey and Charity hung in there with us as we push for all that we could get $$$. Chauncey and Charity are not just another husband and wife team. They have proven to be very professional and faith based. For good reason, they have alot of skin in the game. Firehouse realty excelled in all the above! As a first time home buyer and having gone through a few realtors with dismal results, Chauncy and his agency was amazing to work with. He was there every step of the way for me.
