I was so happy with my treatment as a tenant, that when I was ready to purchase a home, I used Bill as my realtor. I have worked with Bill Fife for years! He has always been professional, organized, friendly and a leader in his profession. Bill has to do what property owners that hire him to do....his job. And he does an excellent job. Which sometimes requires having to deal with tenants who are not doing what is designated in their lease to do. Like pay their rent. Like notify him if there is a problem with the property. Like notify the tenant to vacate. And takes care of all the tenant situations with integrity and respect. All the not pretty things the owners of the rental houses pay him to do. He has managed our rental houses for years and he is definitely on top of his business. When a tenant reports to him there is a problem at the house, he gets it fixed immediately. Our tenants have never had to wait for repairs. When weve had tenants move out, hes excellent at getting the house in pristine condition for the next rental and does so in a very timely manner. It has been so nice to not have to worry about our rental properties because I trust Bill Fife and his team. I highly recommend Fife & Associates Realty, LLC for all real estate needs!

I met Bill Fife through another one of his satisfied customers in the midst of a time where I needed someone to come in and help me sell my condo while I was tending to some family issues. Within two days of meeting Bill, my condo was beautifully photographed and listed. He had offers to present and we were in escrow inside of a couple days of listing. Bill was the perfect guide through every step of the way. He was easy to communicate with via text/email and he ANSWERS his phone when you call. A total breath of fresh air from others in his field.Bill is an expert in real estate. Additionally, he is honest and candid when dealing with his clients. We were doing a new build and even though it was a new build, we could not have done it without their help. Our builder had made a major pricing error on our design center contract. Kelly Szyperski contacted the manager at the designer center and made sure they made things right for us. She also helped us look over all of our blue prints to make sure we thought of every possible detail. She gave many great ideas that we would have never thought of. They fully represent their clients and make the home buying process painless. THANK you all for being so incredible! Highly, highly recommend!

Ive been lucky enough to have this company manage one of my properties in the Dallas area, and Fife & Associates have not only handled each of the frequent maintenance issues that invariably arise with a vintage property such as this (and done so expediently and at a lower cost than I could ever have secured), but they have also been able to increase the home and rental value repeatedly with limited, smart improvements in the property. Bill has personally overseen every step of the process, and when - after many years of management services - he suggested a very limited increase to his already incredibly reasonable fees, I didnt hesitate for a moment: he has made back every investment many times over, and I would not want to risk losing his services. Without his expertise and dedication, this property would not have remained a viable investment, and I would have been forced to sell under much worse market conditions.
