    My family and I had the absolute joy of having Sara as our realtor.     I cant express enough how grateful my family and I are for Mark Archerā€™s unwavering support and dedication throughout our home-selling journey. From the very beginning, he stood out not only as a skilled real estate agent but also as a truly compassionate person who brought that much-needed human touch to what can often be a stressful and complicated process (and believe me, it WAS COMPLICATED)Mark went above and beyond his role, working tirelessly on our behalf. He didnt hesitate to reach out to the buyerā€™s team when issues arose, and helped us renegotiate our contract not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES with the builder while we were trying to sell our home in NJ.     When we found out we would be relocating to Houston from out of state, we began watching several realtor YouTube videos to learn about the area. We came across Kylerā€™s videos and reached out. In less than 24 hours we were paired with Michael Gorman and had our first exploratory call. A couple months later (June) we flew out to Houston and met Michael who graciously showed us several areas all around Houston and helped us narrow down our search tremendously.Michael really focused on what was important to us and listened to our needs, so much so that a couple months later a house came on the market in the neighborhood we wanted and he drove out to video it the same day for us (heā€™d also previously visited about a dozen other homes in two neighborhoods on our behalf).We werenā€™t able to make a trip out to see it in person, but because of our trust in Michael we felt confident moving forward sight unseen.     Josh Rodriguez with Ferris Realty was awesome. Buying/searching for a home is stressful. But Josh was always helpful and on top of it. Josh was a good advocate and would drop whatever he was doing to help you out. Although Josh has many clients at any given time, he always made my wife and I feel like we were his only client.     I was ready to move from California to Texas and reached out to Ferris realty and spoke with Jack about some rentals. I wasnt quite ready to work with him yet until I found a job in Texas. Once I was ready, he just happened to reach out to me the same day.... I asked him if he was psychic, lol....I was actually only looking for a rental, but he asked me if I was interested in purchasing a house. I really didnt think that my whole financial situation was quite ready, but he had the mortgage guy he worked with reach out to me and found out that I was qualified. šŸ˜. So we went and looked at some houses and I found one that I really like that was in my price range..... And I am sitting here in my brand new house writing this review!!The whole time Jack was very nice to work with, quick to respond and answer questions, kept me updated on everything, and is a genuinely nice person.

    As a first time home buyer, I wasnt sure where to start so my brother (who lives in Austin) connected Vickie and I through his local realtor. Throughout the entire process, Vickie was patient, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and was prompt with response when I had questions or needed additional clarification. She connected me with a great inspector and mortgage broker; the three of them worked in lockstep and took the time to explain and guide me on the best direction/setup for the property I was looking to invest in.     Our agent Sara Vradenburg was absolutely amazing!! We literally met her on July 15th, 2024, and closed on our home today 8/16/2024! Just....wow! We had a long list of requirements, and a tight budget (and time frame), but she definitely exceeded our expectations. She hit the ground running from day 1. We needed 2 levels, at least 2-3bd on the main (which is HARD to find). We wanted to be in Conroe, close to downtown and fun amenities that our kid could enjoy. We also HAD to be in a great school district. Oh yeah, and did I mention, easy access to 105 and 336. SHE FOUND US A HOME THAT MET ALLLL of these requirements. In. One. Day. We arrived in from out of town, and toured over 10 homes with Sara that day. She held our hands though the entire process from beginning to end, leaving no stone unturned. So if you need a realtor, ask for her. Because she is trustworthy, dependable, highly communicative, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to get us a good deal, and closed fast!

    Clayton fought an under appraisal property and made it appraise w my lender when I didnā€™t even think I could make the lender budge. This saved me $3000 and showed that he was very good at his job! He specifically did a great job talking to the sellerā€™s agent and figuring out as much info as possible which I could use to offer something attractive for both parties.I was a remote buyer and he showed me every detail about the property through FaceTime, not hiding anything in regard to the condition of the property.
