Cari Berryhill recently helped us purchase a home in Scurry, TX. She was so helpful as she guided us through the buying process. Cari was was always available, never left us in the dark about anything and answered all of our many questions. We certainly enjoyed working with her. She has a positive attitude, loves negotiating and get things done when she says she will. But most of all Cari was just the right realtor for us. BTW, we looked in the Navarro, Ellis and Kaufman counties area for close to a year and a half and she stuck with us all that time. We would highly recommend Cari Berryhill. Cari and her husband JD own Farmhouse Realty located in Scurry, TX on SH 34. JD would frequently drop by when we were looking at homes with Cari. We had never owned a larger piece of property and he offered plenty of great advice on how too manage it. We appreciate him being being a part of the process.We liked working with Cari Berryhill so much, we ask her to sell our home in Garland. It was on the market for one day and an offer came in that Cari said we really should accept. We took her advice, accepted the offer and that buyer bought it. The sale went through very quickly.
