I have known Fallon for thirty one years and she is possibly one of the best people I’ve ever known. She’s one of the most genuine kind hearted human beings on the planet. Her love for her family is beyond inspiring. Her love and knowledge of her work makes me wish I could buy a house from her often because I know each time she will do such an amazing job that it would be so much easier to do with her leadership. Fallon has even been there to answer questions for me about an idea that I might have and her input tends to make it even better. And wow this impressive woman the energy she has. I recommend her to my friends and colleagues with every opportunity that arises.My 2021 closing coincided with the Feb freeze. I had moved out of the house and was living in Austin when I learned a pipe burst and needed repair before I could close with the Buyer. Fallon jumped in, quickly communicated with the buyer, has a great contact with a very reputable contractor, and everything was back in place and closed within 10 days.Our 2023 purchase, Fallon went the extra mile assessing our budgets, locations, must-haves, and really went to bat for us in negotiations to find us a home we will be truly happy in for many years to come.You really wont find a better realtor out there, bar none.

We reached out to Fallon who without missing a beat got everything going to get our home on the market. She worked with the renters as well as us to make everything happen smoothly and quickly. We have worked with Fallon on other real estate endeavors and her ability to provide frequent communication and professionalism only gets better each time. As always, she let us know what to expect during the home selling process, listened to our needs and, recommended solutions as problems arose.We had two great offers on the home pretty quickly, Fallon never let us miss a communication, showing, or opportunity.
