The negative reviews appear to be from tenants but from my perspective as a property owner, The Eyes of Texas Properties provides good services. They have managed multiple properties for me over long years, and never once was rent late, which indicates they do a great job at vetting and selecting tenants. They also minimize downtime in between tenants. They have always been responsive and professional.

Really don’t think any of these people leaving reviews have had many property managers in Austin. This is my 6th different one all for houses here and this is the first landlord I’ve had who’s actually responded to service requests in a timely manner. Everything had a process that if followed they executed like an actual professional service which was very refreshing. Waited to leave this review cause others said the positive reviews were clearly people who hadn’t moved out yet. They took out some of our deposit and the charges were fair and not just arbitrary. Would rent from them in the future anytime and would count them managing the property as a plus for a rental I was considering.

My experience with everyone at Eyes of Texas Properties has been wonderful! I feel like most of these 1 star reviews are due to people not getting their way and not following Eyes of Texas Properties move out instructions. I have rented twice from them. Back in 2016 and currently. I didnt have any issues with my first time moving out. They had detailed instructions on how the property needed to be left, and we followed it.We have been living in our current place since 2021, and we have NEVER had any issues with maintenance not being taken care of. Granted there are circumstances completely out of their control. I understand that things cant be done on a 24 hour turn around, that isnt realistic, but April always does her best to get it done.They are a great group of ladies to deal with. Dont let these negative reviews deter you. There is always two sides to each story.

I’ve used Eyes of Texas properties for more than 20 years and have been pleased with their ability to find good tenants and their overall professionalism. They have responded quickly to emergency repair calls and they hire competent tradesmen. Accurate accounting too. Pleasant folks.

Ive been a tenant for a few years now, and renting through Eyes of Texas Properties has been a great experience- far better than anywhere else Ive ever rented. April is wonderful to work with- always personable, communicative, thorough, and professional. Every inquiry Ive made is promptly met, and every vendor sent for maintenance has been great, as well.

Eyes of Texas has managed multiple duplexes and 4 plex properties since 2005 for me. It has been a successful relationship all along. Im out of state now (but deep TX roots) and the team makes things very easy for me. From leasing, maintenance, and accounting to collecting rents and handling emergencies.... Im covered. I also appreciate the content tenants. To make it even nicer... they are super nice folks. Good find for serious investors or weekend landlords!!!

April and Eyes of Texas Properties have been amazing! We lived in a property for 3 years. All maintenance requests were handled quickly. Twice during holidays we had maintenance issues and they were handled quickly with little inconvenience. I would trust them with any property. I would rent from them again. Thanks for caring!!

I have used this company for over a decade. They are smart efficient and work very hard to save me money on repairs. I own several types of properties... Commercial, Single Family, Multi Family and Condos. My properties are always rented and they do a great job of screening clients. I have recommended them to friends and family and all of them have thanked me!!! 1000% Recommend them!!!

April, and Eyes of Texas Properties are incredibly responsive to any of our needs as tenants. My roommate and I have rented here for close to a decade, and we have been extremely pleased with our landlords the entire time. They have always been very helpful, and quick to act if any problems arise ( and they rarely do.)Eyes of Texas Properties is one of the best, and most established property management companies you will find in the growing Austin market!

April and her team are the best! Professional and on the ball with any maintenance requested by the tenants. I started renting out my childhood house with EOT in Feb. They were highly recommended by my friend who had used them to lease/sell her condo. EOT handles everything. Advertising, screening potential renters, lease contracts, collecting rent, maintenance requests, and addressing all my concerns. Truly amazing group. Thank you April, Tara, Alex, and Jennifer, for taking great care of my home! I am so grateful for EOT Properties.

April and the team are great. They were a great intermediary between the landlord and us, and they always took care of things promptly. Very professional, and on early move-out they worked with us as efficiently and pain-free as I could have imagined.

This realty company has to be the best I have worked with. They are prompt, understanding and genuinely care. Plus our land lords Dan and wolf are awesome guys who care and promptly respond when a worry or issue arises. five star realty for sure.
