Listed our house with Chad and his team and we sold our home in less than 2 days! They took amazing pictures, and suggested the perfect listing price. Kristi McKamie did an excellent job tailoring to our needs as sellers and was instrumental in the negotiating process. Chad and his team will get it done, and I have no issues suggesting them to everyone!

I give this team of people a 5 star rating!! From the time I called and got this whole process going I have been nothing but satisfied! Jennifer Jones was my agent and is now someone I consider a friend!! This was mine and my husbands first time buying a home, we had heard horror stories of how the process goes and I have told each person that they should have went with Jennifer. She was first of all friendly and patient, something we desperately needed. She was also very informative from the beginning all the way from explaining how and why to get a pre-approval to listening and helping find our perfect home! Early morning texts/phone calls , late night texts/phone calls and even during lunch she was always there. She has helped create one of happiest memories my family and I will have! I will honestly miss meeting with her and having the many laughs we had. To me it wasnt just buying a house, it was building my life, making a home and she made me love every minute of it! I highly recommend her and the Chad Raney team!!!

We have bought and sold multiple homes with many different real estate teams over the years. I must say this was by far one of the best experiences we had from the very first meeting. All the chaos and life disruptions that come with selling a home were somehow kept to a minimum throughout this experience. This team does their research prior to setting a price on a home, and it is definitely evident. Our home was listed on a Monday and sold that Saturday. When we began searching for our next home, they were more than patient with us during our selection process for our next home. This was overall a great experience, and I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I would highly recommend Alicia Graham if you are looking to buy a house. She is super friendly and very helpful. My husband and I had tried a few realtors in the past and she is by far the best we have ever worked with. She is very concerned about finding you the right house for you and doesnt try to push homes on you that you dont like. We really enjoyed working with her!

This was my first time purchasing a home, and I had no idea what I was doing. Fortunately, I had Amy Durmon working with me every step of the way. Amy quickly learned what it was that I was looking for in a home and provided me with every option available in the area. Amy went above and beyond what I would expect from a realtor, to the point where she would go and view properties ahead of time to see the surrounding areas and get a better feel for the homes. This absolutely worked in my favor, because the house that I now call home, I didnt even want to look at from the pictures available online. But because Amy put in the extra effort and knew what I was looking for, she persuaded me to at least go see it in person. She was right! Amy was an invaluable asset through the home buying process, from dealing with the all of the paperwork, mortgage and title companies, to receiving my keys. I am now a proud first time home owner, and I owe so much of that to Amy. Thanks for all the help along the way, Amy!
