Harold Kaufman at Exit is the hardest working Lubbock realtor we have ever worked with. When we decided to sell our home and search for a new home, he helped us with every aspect of both transactions. He listed our home for sale very well, hosted 2 open houses, engaged with every buyer that showed interest, and really helped close the deal with the eventual purchaser. While searching for our next home, Harold was always willing to show us as many listings as we wanted to inspect. He helped us negotiate a purchase price for our new home and kept in constant contact with updates and news about our transaction.Harold made us feel comfortable with this potentially complicated process. He answered all our questions and willingly found experts to answer questions he couldnt address. We felt like VIPs during our home buying experience. We are totally satisfied with our time with Harold representing us as realtor.
