    Christine and Bailey are truly the best!!! From helping me look at homes, to selling my elderly mom’s home, there is no better service or better people.     Christine and her team were our agents for three separate real estate transactions this year. Of all the agents weve dealt with in our years of buying and selling homes, they are the best! Christine is thorough in every detail, from explaining the buying/selling process to negotiating the contract. In our first transaction with Christine, we sold our primary residence. She helped us stage the interior and exterior, brought in a professional photographer, and taught us how to navigate the new way showings were set up by text and email. We had multiple offers after only three days on the market.Next, we purchased home, one that required extensive repair and updates. When an unexpected family health crisis threatened to derail the entire transaction and upcoming remodel, Christine personally assisted in managing the project.Christine isnt afraid to jump in and find out what our buyer/seller wants so that we can close the deal. Our most recent purchase was an investment property. The sellers were overwhelmed with more than a dozen offers, so Christine met with the sellers agent and found out exactly what the seller needed. Their team members were all top notch - from answering our many questions, handling details and maximizing the marketability and sales price of our home. Christine knows her stuff!! We set the sale price based on her detailed analysis and while a few realtors approached her and said they thought the price was high, our house sold for more than 10% over list price. She knows the local market extremely well and assisted us in finding our next place.     I have sold two homes in Texas but only one with this company, I wish i had sold both of them with Christine and her team. Being out of state and the prospects of trying to handle it while still working seem like such an overwhelming task. They made it fun and easy and financially rewarding. I dont know if they went the extra mile with us because of the relationship we had with them and their family in Allen Texas...or if they are just that good and provide superior service above the rest for everyone. I would not hesitate to suggest that they should be everybodys relator except for the fact that it would not be humanly possible. I count myself lucky to be one of those who was able to be served by them and hope many others will be just as fortunate as we were.
