Eugenia sold us our home. She really takes time to listen, tailors her approach, and is excellent at finding you the right home for your specifications. She truly works on your behalf. Some agents can be impatient after several weeks or months of searching, whereas she really gives you time and space to explore the houses on your own after discussing key elements. Most importantly she has helped many people in our circle moving to the area, find rentals, which is not really profitable, but a testament to her reliability and integrity. She is funny, timely, intuitive, smart and overall a fantastic agent to count on to find you the best home for your next adventure. She was super helpful and walked me through the entire house buying process with it being my first home purchase it got overwhelming but she was there for me every step of the way.
